Have visited here several times since it opened. Coffee is never bad. I can&#39;t remember having a bad meal here either. What lets Mozaik down time and time again is the TERRIBLE service. Once we sat here for 20 mins with no service, and everyone else around us being served. I&#39;ve had drink spilled on my lap by a staff member without as much as a &#39;&#39;sorry&quot;. I could go on, however there is a SHINING LIGHT in this dark review tunnel. One of the long-time staff members is fantastic; attentive, friendly, prompt and delivers service with a smile. If she ain&#39;t working, we ain&#39;t visiting!!

After waiting for half an hour for our meals we asked the waitress to check - she came back with our receipt and pointed out we had only been waiting for 26 minutes not 30 as we stated. All the time she was talking to us while leaning on the shoulder of one of our party - we had to ask her not to lean on her! The meal took another 15 minutes after this. When we complained to the manager he said that particular waitress was lovely and wouldn&#39;t do that ... He did agree though that it is standard practice to prove to customers they haven&#39;t been waiting as long as they think by bringing out the receipt and pointing out the customers error. Food ok but again the service here is just appalling - as always.
